ABC represents A-TEAM BASIC CAMP.

Generally, it's an annual camp that was organised by the committee of this camp.

The AIM for this camp is to aspire, inspire and maneuver the new members.

The objective of the camp is to create bonding and look out for talented members to boost their confidence by leading the group in cheers and performance.

It was my first time being a facilitator and it was awesome!

Though, I did my job smoothly but I don't really think I did a great job bringing up the spirits of my BOOYA group members.

Human's nature is so fascinating.

Sometimes if we have the heart to do something, no matter what we will get it done immediately.

A friend in need is a friend indeed. I agreed to this phrase definitely.

Sometimes I felt helpless but I have to burden it to myself.

I don't see the bond that we used to have within us? Maybe we're growing old every second.

I just need to be more and more independent. Especially in taking care of myself.

How I wish I will be selected for overseas project or attachment next year.

It's week8 already!! I'm still a slacking.

Those assignments, reports, projects, quizzes and presentation.

I'm just like copying, referring and guessing.

This cannot be happening, but I really just can't help it.

It's so difficult to maintain everything the way it is.

I joined Ambassadorial Team and Student Union.

These two CCAs gave me more than what I expected.

Regretting that I didn't join during my 1st year but it's never too late.

Study week so called holiday is going to start this friday!!

I've have to go for A-league camp on 11-13th june, there goes my 3days.

Hopefully it will be more fun and exciting for everyone.

I made new fantastic friends from CCAs, hope it continues.

Week11 is a stressful week. Having my driving test, common tests and flashmob dance!!

3 in 1 like the coffee mix. LoL

I should be able to cope with them if I can really "organize" my time well.

Though, I'm suppose to be studying now as in right now but I'm lazy.

How can I put aside my laziness in order to study for my common tests?

Last thing is that I want to go Shanghai with NYP for the exchange programme.

Who can accompany me go? I just need 1, 1 person that I'm close with to go with me.

Nevertheless, I guess if no choice I got to do it alone somehow.

It's almost 3 weeks since my school starts.

Though I had done well for my year1 in poly, it's still not enough and I should continue.

Year2 is tough, starting to feel some stress in my head.

I'm lacking behind in my studies, how should I cope? I can't but I must.

Therefore, I set my targets now.

Maths - Must learn till fourier series by Week 4

Quality Control - Must complete 3 reports by Tues and tutorials by Sunday

Thermofluids - Must complete everything by Sunday

Mechanical Fixture & Design - Must read through and understand all by Week4

Microfabrication & Nanotechnology - Must read through and understand all by Week4

I hope this works for me by writing this down.

I can't fail these modules, must score for >3.7 gpa this semester.

Currently is just 3.674GPA. Poly life best! Love it man.

Next Sat-8th MAY will be my Student Union orientation, my new CCA!

What a FANTASTIC experience I had @ PULAU REDANG.

I won't elaborate much here. If you want to know more, ask me. So basically, travelling takes more than 24hours. The transport taken were bus, van, boat and speedboat. Okay! first thing first, went to Muar and stayed for a day in hotel. The food was somehow quite different and I like the cafe, good ambiance nice drinks. Proceed on to Redang by transports. It's quite a scene when travelling by boat. All of them seasick! I had to take care of them. =P (you know who) Stayed at Redang beach resort for 3D2N. Breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. What a spread, delicious and awesome. Went snorkeling thrice. Splendid experience. Swim with fishes, feed them (so called massaging) and explore the deep blue sea. Float on the water and washed by the strong currents. We saw a monster fish that was as long as my leg and as fat as my tummy? Just a joke, it's as round as a baseball. Somehow, I floated on top of it, that's so scary! That fish opened its mouth and I saw its teeth, as sharp as razor. It gulp a small fish in front of me. I was *trying to swim away*. Saw many coral reefs and NEMO, known as clown fish. I love the beach there! That's the most beautiful beach I ever seen. The wave was fun to play with. That's briefly the whole fun things about this island. You will feel no stress at all. Just that you had to be careful of dangers that lies ahead. Failed to dive, weather does not permit. Overall it's a must go for adventurous and outgoing people!

It's been so long since I blogged some decent posts.

After our last exam paper, 2nd march, we went to ECP to BBQ.

The next day, went to WCP from Mt Faber. Such a long walk.

My face become darker or you can say blacker. =)

Thursday, at JJ's house played mahjong and went for high tea in the afternoon.

After that we went to lakeside for prawning. It was seriously fun!!

My 1st time prawning and I caught 4. ^^ 25 prawns altogether. Back home.

Friday, at vivo caught a movie 做人- which have 2 meanings.

After movie, went over to sentosa and do many crappy stuffs.

Went to my friend' house for overnight mahjong after sentosa.

Gamble and gamble, fun and laughter, friend brought GF and introduce us.

Played until morning and felt tired. Slept at some'1s room and chase her away. :)

Saturday, went over to friend's house to stay over and play.

Sunday, woke up late, met my friends and eat breakfast at mac. Deluxe breakfast.

We went to ECP to cycle for 2hours. After that, back to amk for dinner.

Today, 8th march, metrology competition.

Passed the qualifying round and proceeded to the final round.

They gave us training on each stations before competing.

There were a total of 5 stations and each station was giving 6mins only.

My first station was profile projector, I was so embarrassed. =(

I stood there doing nothing, trying to figure out how to use.

Paiseh to the max. Don't how to do plus the lecturer keep taking photos.

The magnification zoom was too high and I'm unsure of how to zoom out.
There goes for my 6mins, maybe due to competition nervousness.

After this station, proceeded to next and I'd figure out what to measure and what to do.

I'd planned on the procedures and carried out perfectly until the end of competition.

Everything turns out fine, and there goes my metrology.

Tomorrow will be my autocad competition, I shall win this one. =D

Somehow, it's quite happening during these few months.

Lets start with the most recent one which is my outing with my so called DA JIE @ PS.

I met her since 5years ago and and we met up again today. ;)

5years, can you even imagine how long it is? She's still as YOUNG as before. xD

Went for our lunch+dinner at 3pm @ fish manhanton. Seafood platter for 2!!

Walked around aimlessly, waiting for MEI MEI to come but disappointed.

Caught a movie LITTLE BIG SOLDIER which is quite amusing and trained home. ;P

Finally! We met up again after so long, thanks and have DA JIE like you is the best . =D

Advice - Sometimes, when you lost something, you will gain something.

Sat down at the void deck in bishan and chatted for quite sometime.

6天后就开学了，是期待还是太快，我不知道。等待开学的第一天，就可以再一次看到我poly的朋友了。又可以和他们一起读书，一起玩，一起吃。

花了很多钱。需要开始省钱了不然后果不该设想。花钱在吃方面已经要我命了，我也不是很有钱。这些事让我有更一步的成长。华语也进步了，我也瘦了下来。

最近发生的事情也很多。比如和朋友一起在ecp骑脚踏车，渴望着下一次的到来。游泳，比较好了没那么慢。天天都忙到没时间休息。有时间就和朋友在咖啡店吃饭聊聊天说说笑。休息的时间就给了naruto哈哈终于看到最后了等着下一集。海派甜心好好看哦！

1/10/09 - 3rd day in BINTAN. As usual, woke up in the morning and do those neccessary stuffs. We had delicious noodles plus egg, bread with jams and hot milo for breakfast. Waited for a while for the instructor to prepare the rafting equipments. Our next event was the raft-building.

All of us gathered in 4 diff grps. Each grp was given 4 empty barrels sealed up and 10 long wooden sticks. As for my grp, we planned the structure of our raft first and we tied them up tightly. After the structure was made, we had our barrels placed underneath of it and tied them strongly. No mistakes! Any mistakes and we would sink! Our raft was ready to go! We organised ourselves on our seating arrangement according to our weight. We proceed onwards to test our raft. Came back and prepared for a race with other grps. Had a break. Everyone was ready for the race and GO! The whistle sounded. Sat on our raft and CHIONG! Until a checkpoint and return back. We won 2nd though we might be 1st. i hate CHEATERS! i just kept quiet, complaining will just ruin those fun we had. GIRLS POWER 3rd! Grp1 sank due to their miscommunication. Dismantled our raft and placed nicely on the shore. We had a break and back to slack.

Next activity was the Flying-Fox. The lecturer really can go ********. He said wait for those malays ppl to SMOKE finish then we proceed on instead of asking them to throw away those cigs and go. WHAT IS THIS? After that we proceed on. I saw everybody jumped from a 4th story high building into the sea. i told myself and my friends it was easy, just to calm myself down. i was the 2nd last to jump. When i climbed up to the top, i was scared but i still managed to jump down. THANKS TO THE INSTRUCTOR FOR PUSHING ME! i had fun. Back to bunk to rest again and lunch.

After lunch, Skywalk and Rock-climbing. All of us split into 2 grps on each activity. Skywalk was the most scary activity i had. It was 2 story high and we were required to balance ourself and walked on a log from a coconut tree to another which was 3m long. The log was tied between 2 coconut trees. Although we had our safety rope on but we cant rely on it. My legs wobbled, the log shaking. i told myself no matter how i must reach the end. i took sometime but i REACHED! yeah! hugged the coconut tree. Walked back to the middle and jumped down. Thanks for those encouragement by my friends too. After we had finished the Skywalk, we head on to the next activity.

Rock-climbing! I liked it very much. Reached the TOP in no time! As for Junjie, u need to work and try harder! Claps for those who climbed and persevered to reach the TOP.

Back to bunk and rest. Dinner. Packed our stuffs, chat a while and finally SLEEP. Used pillow hit Shueze disturbing him from sleeping. Haha :D

Really had a great time out there experiencing different activities i had never experience before. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME IN BINTAN TOO! LoL... Hate smokers~ who smoke like drinking.

As requested by my friend, i should paragraph my story so that he could see and read clearly.

30/09/09 - 2nd day in BINTAN. We woke up early in the morning. Breakfast was ready. We queued up for our food. Love the noodles and milo made by them. Had our breakfast slowly. We still smelled badly. After breakfast, we cleaned our mats. After that, Shueze and i went to the so called toilet built by the helpers. I went there, shocked and stunned to see i couldnt use it. 20+ houseflies where inside flying. Shueze do it on the grass! Haha After that all of us went to pick some seashells along the shore. Took photos and time to carry on our next activity which is kayaking. No matter how tiring, we must all kayak back to our resort. From survivor island back to loola resort. We saw those huts before we took off.

Everyone of us were briefed and each of us put on our life vest. 3 person to 1 boat and we were given 2 paddles only. Shueze, Junjie and i. Off we go! I was scared. The sea were deep. When we started to row, our boat was unstable. Rowed some distance, all of us were required to connect together. At the time our boat become more stable. As we went along, tiring but exciting. The sea level becoming more shallow. At a point of time in the middle of the sea, the water is shallow, so we decided to capsize. Left right left right and... Climbed back on our boat and i passed the paddle to Shueze and continue rowing. After some distance, the sea level was almost 1.4m deep. i told them the water was pouring into our boat from the right side and they just continue... Capsized accidentally. Shueze dropped his sunglasses and we spent some time finding for it. Mr Black, our instructor saw and we told him purposely 1. Haha No matter how we kayak, we were still very far. It was like never ending. We were reaching! The water become very shallow and we could see those rocks protrude out of the water. Our boat keep on banging on to the rocks and sometimes stuck on it. Need to get down and pushed it. The water still very clear. We reached our destination, carried our boat and placed nicely inside the hut. Everyone reached. All of us were ready except Peter. He kayak away to some places near the shore without permission. Funny... We went to bathe.

Back from our bath and prepared to go to the orphanage to do our CIP project. Reached there and Split into 2 grps. 1 grp went to do the cement work and another will entertain the kids. it was difficult for me to communicate with those kids since i cant speak malay. Most of the things were done by Shueze. I gave some of the caps to those children there. We can see their smile on their face. i was inside the grp that entertain the kids. We played some games. Relays and Tug-of-war. The kids were very excited over it. In the entertaining grp, we split into 4 small grps and challenge. My grp won the 1st. Unexpected. All of them had some prizes given by us. Went back to our resort.

Back at the resort, it was free and easy meaning we could do anything we want. Shueze, Junjie and i went straight to sleep after dinner. We dont know that 9pm will have another meeting. Luckily our grpmates woke us up. After briefing, went back to sleep like THREE LITTLE PIGS till the next day.

Experienced many things i had never experience in my life before. Really had a great time out there. Thanks to my grpmates and my buddies. :D

29/09/09 - Early in the morning waking up preparing to go BINTAN. 41 ppl were going including 2 lecturers. We went to the pickup point @ NYP. Waited, as usual others were late again. Off we go to Tanah Merah ferry terminal. Upon reaching, I saw a ferry heading towards the jetty. I felt so excited as it was my 1ST time boarding it. Everyone gathered and went past the customs. Times up! Time to board the ferry. My friends and I were the first few to board the ferry. Walking down to the floating platform and I could feel the wave of the current as if i was floating on the water. Climbed up to the open roof of the ferry, awaiting for the ferry to go. ENGINE STARTED! I love the nvr ending WIND. Everyone's hair were so messy. Took some pictures. I stood up holding the rail and enjoying the wind. "IM SURE EVERYONE WERE VERY FULL AT DAT PARTICULAR TIME. EAT WIND!" if u understood tis. 110mins journey, quite long actually. As the ferry proceed, we were wondering where is BINTAN island and kept on guessing. Reached the Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal @ Indonesia. Unload ourselves and went past the customs as usual. Walked to the street as a grp and bus were waiting for us. Put all our bags inside a car and all of us board the bus. The bus was COOL but no aircon, seats were cramp. We dont feel the wind when the bus was moving. Retro bus, bus driver connect the wires to his phone and we could hear the songs. Amusing. 60mins trip to the LOOLA RESORT. Sweating, very hot and stuffy. Unpacked our things at the dormitory and pack our things need inside our small backpack. Gathered and prepared ourselves for hill-trekking, boom net and survivor island. Up on the bus to the forest. We split into 2 grps. Apparently, im wif my fellows course mates and classmates. We took a towel and water bottle from our backpack and go on ahead leaving our backpack on bus. Walked into the forest and out of it into an open space. Continued to walk along a long stretch of road. At one point we climbed into the mountain trail. At first i thought was nothing. Hill-trekking like in SG, walked 1 round and come back but tis was COMPLETELY different. As we climbed up the mountain, the trail get steeper and steeper. If we fall, we may DIE. There were 4 sections. Only 2nd and 4th section, ropes were tied to guide us up. 3rd section, we use those tree trunks as to help us climbed up. 1st section was not as steep as 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Obstacles and obstacles, we climb like nvr ending. 60mins past, we managed to reach the TOP of the mountain. My very 1st time in my life. Den i realised something. Climbing up was easy but climbing down was worst. Very steep and slippery. We may fall anytime if we nvr hold on to anything. I remembered once, i slipped and hold on to Shueze since there was a big tree trunk in front of us, we were safe. I startled him. It was fun though it was dangerous too. Back to the bus, safe and sound. Proceeding to next activity which is the boom net. The bus travelled past the blast mine and to the shore. We saw a ship coming towards us, almost the same size as the ferry. Speedboat was there already. We put on our life vest and board the speed boat to the ship. Placed our bags on one side and prepared for the next activity. I was afraid. The person in charge of tis briefed us abt how to play. There were 3 levels for us to jump. At each side of the ship, there were 2 poles extended out and fishing nets were tied to each pole. The ship was moving and the fishing net was inside the water. We were required to jump for either level into the net. My 1st try, i jump from the second level which was the height of 3/4 of a floor and injured my left elbow. Still alive. Very scared. "U JUMP, I JUMP." My friend encouraged me, and I try to jump again but failed. Reaching the survivor island already. I plucked up my courage and JUMP. The 3rd level which is more den a story high. Managed to jump down and a safe landing and drank some seawater. Fell into the net and the water pushed me to the side. Everyone jumped inside and took a grp photo. Swam to the survivor island. Was afraid of drowning though i know a bit of swimming, wif life vest. Speedboat brought us our backpack. We unbutton our life vest and put on the shore. WET and SMELLY. Went to the tent but too many ppl, so my friends and i decided to sleep outside on the open island. Before the sunset, we walked around in the seawater. The seawater was very shallow, below knee level. Even if we walked 1km from the shore, the water is still shallow. We found a lot of beautiful seashells. Crabs were seen alive and crawling. The seawater was VERY CLEAN AND CLEAR, we could see the seabed underneath. The sky getting dark. The food we had were the one dat transported by the speedboat only. The sky was clouded, we could not see the stars. After dinner, we placed our mats on the grounds and spread our sleeping bag on top. Swept away the sand on the sleeping bags but it seems useless. As long as the wind blows, the sand came back. Hate sand flies, very irritating. We spent like few hours trying to get some sleep but couldnt. The sand flies just keep coming. Sprayed insect repellent also useless. After 5mins those sand flies were back again.
Few hours later we saw the stars in the sky as the cloud beginning to clear. Star gazing, very nice. The time past very slowly. One night of hell in survivor island. How i wished i had brought along my track pants dat day. It was a dream of nightmare dat came true in my life. Tired, fell to sleep. Everything was an fulfilling experience. it was very different from SG. Everything was still acceptable to me. i nvr regret going to BINTAN.

The day before going to bintan, I met junjie @ AMK MRT station @ 6:30pm. Both of us were late but luckily we managed to see each other. We intended to stay at their hse until tmr morning. Upon reaching their hse, we prepared ourselves for dinner afterwards. Back from dinner, all of us watched tv and videos to relax ourselves. The girls went to sleep after watching. Shueze, Junjie and I went inside the room and prepare to sleep. We shared a lot of personal opinions and our own views abt anything while trying to get some sleep. Shueze and I felt hungry, so we ordered MAC delivery. Waited for 30mins and it's time to fill our stomach. Mega Mac for me! Mac Nuggets for him! We ate finished and went back into the room. Accidentally woke Junjie up. 2am in the morning now, Shueze bluffed Junjie telling him now is 5:30am in the morning and he believed him. Haha This is hilarious! ^^ Slept and woke up in the morning and prepare for our TRIP TO BINTAN! YEAH!

This topic is funny. Where are my friends? Today just recovered from my illness and wanting to go out instead of being locked @ home like a birdcage. My cousin's side frens, they're so busy at work so i nvr call them. My poly classmates, how to find? 3/4 of them are foreigners and they all went back home. i cant possibly ask them come back SG accompany me right? LOL Leaving 1/4 singaporean, 1 fly to AUS and the rest most likely dont wan to come out. My sec frens, only contact some of them. Either working or dont wan come out. WHAT TO DO? Today i went out alone @ around 6pm in the evening. Went to book my basic theory for driving and went to NTUC @ AMK hub. Searching for insect repellent with a spraying mechanism but cant find. My personal aim was more than 3.5. i did not acheive it, sadly. im actually quite happy for my classmates as their results are something which i desire to get for next sem. 3.5~4.0. ill try to improve and maintain my results all the way. :D GOOD LUCK GUYS!

This holiday seems to be the best of the best i had in my entire life. What had i achieve so far? Enjoying myself throughout being carefree and relax. No stress, no burden and everything just so peaceful. Although my work done is lesser than usual but i still can keep up with the things that are needed to be done during this holiday. I will try to not to think but to do what takes to be done. Thinking of so many things but none is done is quite disappointing for me.

Today was the end of my exam and the start of my holidays yay!! HAHA after exam we went to Cathay at AMK HUB. Those ppl working there so unflexible. This is like 15 wan to watch the Final Destination 4 3D (M18) but stopped by those idiots. 5 people not 18 yet but soon and they dont let us watch due to dat. Spoiled our mood. In the end we dwell a while and brought tickets on The Proposal (NC16) and they din check those birthdates Zzz... Went to arcade and played some games. Before movie starts, few of us went to buy some tibits and drinks to smuggle into the cinemas. Haha Show ended, and TO THE SINGAPORE FLYER!!!!!!!!!! Very excited and curious. The feeling it gave me when i first step onto the cabin was 'afraid of heights' seriously this is so funny. After few mins, getting used to it and this was nothing to me actually. Its seems like i was sitting on a floating carpet rising and rising towards the moon. Jumping and taking photos keeping them as one of our best memories we ever had as a grp, schoolmates. We got off, this experience is worth more than we paid for. I wished we had another ride during the day instead of night. Thank you every1 and had a nice and wonderful day. May ur dreams as sweet as honey. hahahaha looking forward to the next few days of outings. :D

Time, we all took it for granted although it comes naturally to us. Last minute is not a bad idea after all but being prepared earlier is always better. "Time is precious", but most of us just don't treasure it until the very last moment. I'm one of them. Some peoples also told themselves not to waste any more time but eventually failed. Thus, we need organisation skills to help us be organised in everything we do. It will be very bored if everything is planned accordingly for us, sometimes it's a repetitive of what we're doing. We gave up being organised and seek the easiest way out. It's really troublesome to think of that actually. It's easy to change oneself for a short period of time but we just gave up eventually. For me or everyone else, it's not time that matters but it's being constant that really matters. Don't you agree?

Sometimes i really do wonder, am i really a very lousy friend or is it the way i talk that makes me a lousy person? I'm trying to improve myself always but does it really help? i feel im still not up to the standards. Need more calibrations. XD im born in a poor family, what do u expect? Being humble is what i learnt. I tolerated enough, don't be too over. It's time to grow up. True friends are hard to come by, once they're gone, they'll be gone forever. I just want to be better. 13/8/09 Thursday, a day full of excitment. Happy birthday Chiamin, monkey no ting ting. Haha :P Went to collect cake and brought present for her with my classmates. Went to school (NYP) to finish up reports and print them for submission. Celebrated at MAC wif surprises for her. Sang birthday songs, english chinese malay. It was the first time i heard ppl singing malay bdae song, quite interesting. :D The cake was Chocolate Fudge. Delicious. Eat our lunch and bid goodbyes.

It's friday ! The last lesson for comm skills and our final grp presentation. My grp members are justin, vincent, andy and me. It was a SUCCESS ! Our grp ROX ! We managed to present happily and clearly. When it's our turn to go up and present our ppt slides and grp presentation, I was a bit nervous. I was the last presenter. As I watched the grp presenting, I told myself I cant screw tis up. Calm myself, took a deep breath and walk up and spoke in an audible note. Smooth and as I speak, Im getting relax and relax not nervous or panic at all. Eye contactSSS and my leg not shaking which is a good sign. :D First time presenting in such a professional way.
I was delighted. All the more our class did great jiayou jiayou ! After the lesson ended, we took a class foto :P

i think it's time to be more serious in my studies. Sometimes i really wonder should i change myself for others or just remain myself. I need to be consistent, dat's all i know. I believe dere's more den jus appearance.

Today went to orchard, scrolling around to be farmiler wif the streets wif my frens. Went into the magic shop at former Concorde Hotel, the stuff were so ex so i din buy anything. Hope i could find a cheaper shop dat sells things cheaper XD need an appearing cane and a dancing cane plus a big sponge ball. I wish i could find these haha so dat i can perform or play wif it as my hobby.

I shall not breakdown as this is just the start. Stupid E-learning with childish people spamming the chatbox from other classes. I shall plan now, as there's a saying without planning means "Plan to fail and fail to plan". Tonight, I'm gonna settle once and for all. Seems like something big is happening. Last night can't sleep. All the way till 6am then I fell asleep. Woke up at around 12noon. 6hours of sleep. Tired but I pulled myself up and prepare for gym at 1pm. Ate a bread and drank a cup of soya milk. Off to go! Reached gym, met up with WJ and ML. Exercised for 2hours. <3 Free weights. Went to eat Mac in Amk and Kpool after that. At around 6pm, I reached home. Time to play online games. Accompany WJ to play Audition. Surprisingly my skills are still there. Play, rest and dinner till 10pm. Hao called me in skype. Asked me whether want Dota or not. Ladder room, BloodSoulz(ladderlevel-1) which is me won a match against the Host(ladderlevel-43) with a topscore ;) Proud of it. Somehow my mind is still wondering in my wonderland. I guess that's all for today.

Wonder how I survive for the next 2 weeks other than studying. Ever since poly started, I learnt quite a lot of things in life. Complains, we usually complain and complain but what's the use? Rather than keep on complaining, why not try and make it better? In life, HAPPINESS is the most important thing in my life now. FRIENDS are important too. It's part of the happiness. Think simple, communicate and enjoy are the key happiness for me. :D We are who we are, be ourself is a we need. ^^

Kayaking. Why I join? Reason I gave was fun. Actually no, I also not sure why I joined. Eventually get into the team. So much hardships, endured and survived. Went to reservoir to kayak. Feeling good but I'm not happy. Lonely, no partner. Always alone. I'm lost, no motivation and strength to continue. Seems that's the end. Training were great, shiok and tough for the past 2 months.
Continue my studies, bond with my friends and be HAPPY.
I realise a lot of things, time is precious and not to regret.

Today, tuesday. Quite an interesting day. Went to sch, took the same lift as my lecturer and he said something. "Those ppl put their laptop so near den no space walk, if kick tio den they kpkb, bo tao nao 1" funny sia... Lessons, lunch, lessons and dismissed. :D Went wif my clique to the bball court for some exercise. We played bball match, 4 on 4. JJ forever speech : "I hate kayaking boy." Replied by me : "I hate bball boy." stupid sia say me childish he also same same. =.= Justin shoot 3point like free one. LoL overall quite an exciting match. Hmph.. A lot of shooting >>> <<< >>> <<< at one another but really fun. Haha... Bus-ed home. Reached home father said he waited for me for swimming. We went down, take off shirt, POOF!! into the water. Swam few laps wif leg muscle-ache. Went home and eat. Today saw one familar face in sch but 'SHE' nvr notice me :( lol as usual, slacking at home. I think dats all for today. Sadly no pictures cuz cd gone missing D: ^^

Kayaking physical training

It was monday again. I rushed down from my lab at blk R to the stadium for my physical trial, NYP kayaking team. I missed the warm ups but I still manage to squeeze a little bit of my time for some. ;D Ran 2.4km, which is 6laps of the stadium's track. 12:45mins. At least I passed ^^ Next, pull ups, done my max=10.
Push ups and crunches do max in 1min. 30 for push ups, damm lousy and 60 for crunches ;P After those trials, we done some air paddling. Learnt the basics strokes.
Lastly, do some weights. DISMISSED.

The next day which is today, was waiting for the list of selected individuals. When I saw, 1st column don hav my name OMG!! 2nd column down I SAW !!! IM IN !!! YAY !!!

Kayaking physical training

Last monday 27/4/09, training was tough but manage to get thru it. For the start, warm up. After that, they said 4 rounds of the stadium track but in the end is 6 rounds. Felt like Zzz cheat me. It's okay, still able to tahan. lol Continue, 20 push-ups + 25 crunches, 3sets. Next, pull-ups x5, 3sets. Some lame games after the exercises. :D

Today monday 4/5/09, training was more tough than the previous. Somehow, I survived everything. :P Warm up at start as usual, run 2.4km. Then 6 pull-ups, 4sets. Next, we have 25 push-ups & 30 crunches, 3sets. Yay time to go, but wait... 800m run before we met the coach. Quite funny actually, he mention abt the kayaking but nvr intro his name to us. Haha..

That's all for today... Off to print some stuffs for my admin card TO ENTER THE DAMM CANTEEN...

This afternoon had a student meal lunch at Seoul Garden :) 2pm eat till 4pm. 6 persons.(ME, Marcus, Sehwee, Jasmine, Agnes & Theresa) ;)
Within 4pm - 7pm, Orchard>>DoubyGhout>>Vivo>>AMK
At night, 5 of us except Theresa went to Kbox in AMK. 7pm to 2am. LoL
Eat until BaBa, Sing until High! Hahas
There goes my savings but it's okay. Most importantly WE ALL HAD A GREAT DAY. :P

Sakae Sushi !!! It's been so long since the last time I ate sushi. $16 + Free 1 Premium plate. Me, Hao, Cason and Yang - four of us went to wheelock at orchard for buffet. 3~6pm, we ordered the 6 egg sushis but eaten 4 of it only left 2. Those 2 we put the plastic cover on it and I shift it to the conveyer belt. LOL many rounds and none taken it. Eat Eat Eat Eat ! ! ! ! Delicious . . . . After that hao went to meet his frens, left me, cason and yang. Shopping or I can say window shopping. Went to cineleisure to play arcade. The basketball one. LoL ppl tap free one don wan play. so we got 3 rounds free plus paid for another 4 rounds. Broke record :) not high but acceptable. Hahas It seems that the chances we're meeting are becoming lesser and lesser.

Today went to work, Blowed 3 Magnificent Gigantic Large Helium Balloons at Singapore EXPO. I only able to take 1 of the picture because phone battery flat. So, I decided to draw two of them out. :)
